We the undersigned, being residents and taxpayers in the Clty of Mounds <br />View, support a decision by the Mounds View City Council to, within one <br />calendar year, either vacate or have developed, the partial street <br />right of way between Arden Avenue and Lal'ort Drive, which if developed, <br />would be known as Fairchild. This property has remained in its present <br />neglected and undeveloped state for well over ten years.
