MEMO TO: Mayor and City Council <br />i <br />FROM: Clerk -Administrator- <br />DATE: Novemher 1.6, 1983 <br />SUBJECT: 1984 CONTRIBUTIONS TO THE NORTH SUBURBAN CABLE <br />COMMUNICATIONS COMMISSION <br />In order to be able to adequately respond to the Mayor's concerns <br />regarding the adequacy of cable T.V. franchising fees to fund <br />contributions to the North Suburban Cable Communications Commission, <br />I contacted Mr. Roger Franke, who is the Executive Director of the <br />Commission, and requested that he be present at the November 21st <br />Agenda Session to review this issue with you and the provisions of <br />the cable T.V. franchise in order that you might be adequately <br />advised prior to making your determination to make the contributions <br />outlined in Resolution No. 1678 attached to this memorandum. <br />DFP/pf <br />Attachment <br />0 <br />
