Report of <br />Attorney <br />Councilmember Doty reported the Charter Commission 14. Reports of <br />will be meeting on December 14, with an agenda <br />Councilmembers <br />session at 7 PM and the regular meeting at 7:30 PM. <br />Councilmember Doty stated he agreed with Park <br />Director Anderson's position regarding a street <br />light at the Edgewood Community Center, as noted <br />in his letter. <br />Councilmember Linke had no report. / �) <br />Councilmember Hankner reported she had attended the <br />public hearing held by the Anoka County Delegation <br />regarding a site for the race track, and that the <br />Delegation had voted unanimously to accept it as a <br />possiblc site. <br />Councilmember Blanchard reported that Planning <br />Commissioner Josey Warren had been appointed to the <br />Metropolitan HRA Advisory Committee. <br />Mayor McCarty stated he would like to wait until <br />the first of the year to work on the Master Plan <br />for the Anoka County airport. <br />Clerk/Administrator Pauley had no report. 15.
