STAFF REPORT <br />CASE: 143-83 <br />planning Commission Action - December 7, 1983 <br />PAGE THREE' of TIIRI{E <br />Adopted Resolution No. 98-83 which reconunends rezoning the property <br />from its present use, 11-1, Single Family Residential to R-2, <br />Single and 'Iwo Family Residential. This recommendation is contin- <br />gent upon the City Council adopting new language in the Zoning Code <br />which allows, by conditional use permit, group day care facilities <br />in an R-2, ltesidenLial District. The City Council should lilay a <br />second reading of an ordinance to rezone the property to R-2 until <br />such time as the Zoning Code, including the new language stated <br />above, has been adopted and becomes effective. <br />C <br />
