The Planning Commis- <br />sion should be very aware that this proposal does not <br />commit the City to a convenience store outlet but that <br />situation gas- pickcd a�- the ::ors!• case scenario for traffic <br />generation purposes. <br />3) An assumption in the traffic distribution was made that - <br />by 1990 appro:;i.malel.y .1.0 percent of the traffic that would use <br />Highway 10 through Mounds View would be diverted to a now 'Trunk <br />Highway 10 running nurLherly of the City. If this 10 percent <br />traffic shift does not occur, a significant change in the level <br />of service in the County Road I and Highway 10 area will occur. <br />1) The report indicates that the 1990 level of service of D/L <br />" will be present on the se(pnents of roadway on County Road I <br />and 'Trunk Highway 10.
