If this 10 percent <br />traffic shift does not occur, a significant change in the level <br />of service in the County Road I and Highway 10 area will occur. <br />1) The report indicates that the 1990 level of service of D/L <br />" will be present on the se(pnents of roadway on County Road I <br />and 'Trunk Highway 10.
