Call to Order <br />Mayor McCarty at 7:30 PM on January 23, 1984. <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Councilmembers Linke, Hankner, <br />anc$I Eara, Doty and Mayor McCarty. <br />ALSO PRESENT: City Attorney Meyers and Clerk/ <br />A inm�'nistrator Pauley. <br />Motion/Second: Doty/Linke to approve the January <br />T—I964 minutes as presented. <br />5 ayes 0 nays <br />Frank Gabrysh, 2832 County Road J, asked if any- <br />thing different was being done to the water, as his <br />smelled of chlorine and was very foul. Clerk/ <br />Administrator Pauley replied that a new chlorine <br />tank was started, and it can sometimes take awhile <br />for it to distribute evenly. <br />Mayor McCarty asked that someone from the water <br />department go over and obtain a sample. <br />Motion/Second: Doty/Blanchard to approve the con- <br />sent agenda, as presented, and waive the reading of <br />the resolutions. <br />5 ayes 0 nays <br />2.
