BaseduatsCountywRoadvH <br />found that without a median opening, congestion <br />and County Road H-2 will increase due to the turning movements <br />of vehicles trying to access the site. While a new median open- <br />ing would alleviate much of the congestion, it also introduces <br />additional vehicle conflicts at the new crossing. Ultimately, <br />the futu:, completion of new Trunk Highway 10 will result in a <br />significant decrease in traffic volumes for this area, thus <br />improving them peration of a median cross -over - <br />We have met with City Staff and the Minnesot.DepartDent has <br />of <br />Transportation (Mn/DOT) concerning this proposal. <br />agreed to review the operation of Trunk Highway 10 and check the <br />signal coordination for potential installation of aadditDonal <br />sedian npanina.
