181 <br />1 8.2 PRASE 1 <br />3 <br />8.2.1 Phase 1A <br />Phase 1A development includes the following improvements: East Building <br />Area site preparation (20 acres); Runway 17L-35R taxiway construction <br />(40 feet by 2,000 feet); and cross -over taxiway construction (three <br />taxiways, 40 feet by 500 feet). <br />Exhibit 8-1 identifies the specific projects and preliminary cost esti- <br />mates for each. Phase 1A development is illustrated in Exhibit 8-2. <br />8.2.2 Phase 113 <br />Phase 18 development includes the following improvements: West Building <br />Area site preparation (30 acres, including perimeter taxiway); Runway <br />8R-26L construction (100 feet by 800 feet -- widen existing runway to <br />100 feet and relocate Xylite Street); Runway SR-26L taxiway construction <br />+ (40 feet by 800 feet); cross -over taxiway construction; Runway 17L-35R <br />construction (75 feet by 950 feet); 17L-35R taxiway construction (40 feet <br />by 950 feet); Runway 35 threshold relocation and taxiway removal. <br />Exhibit 8-3 identifies the specific projects and preliminary cost esti- <br />mates for each.
