RECOMMENDED PROCEDURES <br />IUOE, Local No. 49 has signed this MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING. <br />This MEMORANDUM constitutes the recommended agreement for City <br />Council consideration. <br />If the City Council approves this AGREEMENT the enclosed <br />replacement pages should be inserted into the old AGREEMENT and <br />the City and Union should sign the new AGREEMENT page. <br />D.
