MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING <br />BETWEEN <br />THE METROPOLITAN AREA MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATION (MAMA) <br />Blaine <br />Brooklyn Center <br />Brooklyn Park <br />Burnsville <br />Circle Pines <br />Columbia Heights <br />Cottage Grove <br />REPRESENTING THE CITIES OF: <br />Crystal <br />Eden Prairie <br />Edina <br />Fridley <br />Golden Valley <br />Hopkins <br />Minnetonka <br />Mounds View <br />AND THE <br />New Hope <br />Oakdale <br />Richfield <br />Robbinsdale <br />Roseville <br />St. Louis Park <br />White Bear Lake <br />INTERNATIONAL UNION OF OPERATING ENGINEERS (IUOE), <br />LOCAL NO. 49, <br />AFL-CIO <br />The following constitutes the changes which are agreed to by MAMA and <br />IUOE, Local No. 49 in their Labor Agreement which terminates on <br />December 31, 1984: <br />1. ARTICLE XIX - INSURANCE of the MASTER LABOR AGREEMENT will read: <br />"ARTICLE XIX INSURANCE <br />19.1 The EMPLOYER will contribute up to a maximum of <br />one hundred forty-five dollars ($145.00) per <br />month per employee for group health and life <br />insurance including dependent coverage for <br />calendar 1984. <br />19.2 The EMPLOYER will contribute up to a maximum of <br />one hundred fifty-five dollars ($155.00) per <br />month per employee for group health and life <br />insurance including dependent coverage for <br />calendar 1985. <br />-1- <br />
