6i <br />February 17, 1984 <br />Cif of vouhjs 4 <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />2401 HIGHWAY 10 <br />MOUNDS VIEW, MINN. 55112 <br />784]055 <br />(This letter was sent to: Mayor and City Administrator of Lino <br />Lakes, Mayor and City Manager of Blaine, Mayor and City Manager of <br />Shoreview, Mayor and Clerk Treasurer of Spring Lake Park, and <br />Mayor and City Administrator of Circle Pines.) <br />Dear <br />The City of Mounds View recently received a copy of Ramsey <br />County's 1984-1989 Capital Improvement Program which calls <br />for the reconstruction of County Road J, from the westerly <br />County limits at the northwest corner of Mounds View east <br />to Rice Creek. <br />As I have yet to receive response from either Anoka County <br />Commissioner Paul McCarron or Ramsey County Commissioner <br />Robert Orth requesting a meeting on the improvement of <br />County Road J, I felt this information would be helpful to <br />you. Also, as it would appear that these individuals are <br />not greatly interested in attempting to respond to our <br />requests for a meeting, I would ask assistance in encouraging <br />them to do so by your individually contacting them and <br />advising them of our strongest desire that this meeting be <br />scheduled as promptly as possible so that we might incorporate <br />any conclusions reached during these discussions in the Capital <br />Improvement Programs for the two Counties. <br />Any help you might be able to provide in precipitating the <br />requested meeting would be greatly appreciated. <br />CITY 0 MOUNDS VIEW: <br />Donald f.
