Section 5. "Member" means a municipality which is a Member <br />of. the Municipal Legislative Commission in accordance with the �)s <br />of the Joint and Cooperative Agreement Establishing a Municipal I <br />Legislative Commission. <br />Section 6. "Council" means the governing body of a Member. <br />Section 7. All definitions included in Article III of the <br />Agreement are incorporated herein. <br />ARTICLE III. <br />THE BOARD <br />Section 1. The governing body of the Commission is its Board <br />of Directors. Each Member is entitled to two directors. Each <br />Member is entitled to one vote. Either director representing a <br />Member may cast that Member's vote. ,r. <br />Section 2. Board Members shall serve without compensation «�m <br />the Commission. <br />Section 3. A vacancy on the Board shall be filled by appoint- <br />ment for the unexpired portion of the director's term by the Council <br />of the Member whose position on the Board is vacant. <br />ARTICLE IV. <br />POWERS AND DUTIES OF THE BOARD <br />Section 1.
