BYLAWS OF THE <br />MUNICIPAL LEGISLATIVE COMMISSION <br />ARTICLE I. <br />MEMBERSHIP <br />Section 1. The initial members of this Commission are the <br />cities listed below: <br />Bloomington <br />Eden Prairie <br />Minnetonka <br />Brooklyn Park <br />Edina <br />Plymouth <br />Burnsville <br />Maple Grove <br />Roseville <br />Eagan <br />Maplewood <br />Shoreview <br />White Bear Lake <br />Woodbury <br />Section 2. Additional members of the Commission may be added <br />pursuant to the terms of the "Joint and Cooperative Agreement <br />Establishing a Municipal Legislative Commission." <br />ARTICLE II. <br />DEFINITIONS <br />Section 1. For the purposes of these bylaws, the terms <br />defined in this article have the meanings given them. <br />Section 2. "Agreement" means the Joint and Cooperative <br />Agreement Establishing a Municipal Legislative Commission. <br />Section 3. "Commission" means the Municipal Legislative <br />Commission created pursuant to the Joint and Cooperative Agreement <br />Establishing a Municipal Legislative Commission. <br />Section 4. "Board" means the Board of Directors of the <br />Municipal Legislative Commission consisting of two directors from <br />each municipality which is a member of the Municipal Legislative <br />Commission. <br />
