Section 2. Written notice of all meetings of the Board shall <br />be sent to all directors as they appear on the records of the • <br />Secretary -Treasurer. <br />Section 3. Special meetings of the Board may be called by the <br />Chair or any three directors provided all three directors are from <br />a different member municipality. Reasonable notice of regular meetings shall be <br />given preferably seven days prior to each meeting. At least five <br />days' notice of a special meeting shall be given unless shorter <br />notice is required due to an emergency. <br />Section 5. Notices of all meetings shall specify the time id <br />place of such meetings and shall include the agenda of said meets. <br />The time and place of all meetings called by the Chair shall be <br />determined by the Chair. The time and place of special meetings <br />called by others shall be determined by the persons calling the <br />meetings. <br />Section 5. At any meeting of the Board, the presence of <br />directors representing a majority of the Members shall constitute <br />a quorum.
