^ Section 7. Any resolution, election, or other formal action <br />1 of the Commission shall be adopted upon the affirmative vote of <br />two-thirds of the Member municipalities present and voting at any <br />meeting of the Board, provided said meeting is duly called pursuant <br />to these bylaws and the Agreement. <br />Section 8. Copies of the minutes of any meeting of the ➢oard <br />shall be promptly distributed to each person to whom notice of the <br />,-nm,;rpd to be sent under the provisions of these bylaws. <br />Section 9. unless otherwise specified in the Agreement or <br />in these bylaws, all meetings of the Board and all meetings of other <br />committees of the Commission shall be conducted in accordance with <br />Roberts' Rules of Order Revised. <br />Section 10. The Chair may determine the order of business for <br />`. Board meetings. <br />I <br />ARTICLE IX. <br />COM14ITTEES <br />Section 1. The Board may appoint such committees in addition <br />to those required by these bylaws and the Agreement, as the Board <br />shall deem necessary. Such committees shall be selected in the <br />manner determined by the Board. <br />Section 7.. The Operating Committee, as set forth in Article X <br />of the Agreement, shall be a standing committee, chaired by the <br />vice -Chairman of the Board. <br />- 7 - <br />
