r
MEMO TO: Clerk -Administrator Pauley
FROM: Public Works Foreman Kardell
DATE: February 17, 1984
On February 14, 1984 I left a written message for Larry Decheine
and the second shift Public Works employees informing them they
were to return to the day shift on February 15, 1984 because
Bruce Anderson was closing the rinks. I also attempted to phone
Mr. Decheine twice in the afternoon on February 14, 1984 at 633-1373
and once at 784-9241, but I received no answer. I also drove by
his residence on Greenfield Avenue on the afternoon of February 15,
1984 to see if his vehicle was there but did not see it. On
February 15, 1984 when I arrived at the shop, I found the message
I had left in the trash and still had not received a response from
Mr. Decheine as to what his intensions were. He made no attempt,
to my knowledge, to contact either myself or Bruce Anderson which
he has done in the past. I again attempted to call him at the above
phone numbers on February 16,_1984 at 8:30 a.m., 10:30 a.m. and
12:30,p.m. and again received no answer.
If you have any questions regarding this matter, please feel free
to contact me.
:hank you.
GK/bc
