Resolution No. 107-84 <br />Page Two of Two <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mounds View Planning <br />Commission recommends the developer submit a berm, landscaping, and <br />sight plan to the City Council for their approval including <br />construction time table, ground cover (sod, wood chips, etc.), <br />shrubery and evergreen trees. The Planning Commission recommends <br />construction of berm/landscaping at the same time as street <br />construction. The Planning Commission also recommends that the <br />developer and subsequent owners maintain the property (including <br />berm) guaranteed by a bond. The development agreement should <br />address noise and dust control; <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mounds View Planning <br />Commission recommends extending the area of public notice for the <br />hearing to include the property within 800 feet north of the <br />development; <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mounds View Planning <br />Commission also recommends approval of the Raymond Avenue <br />cul-de-sac for emergency access from County Road H and a minimum 40 <br />foot buffer/screening area along County Road H-2 as shown on the <br />site plan received by Mounds View on March 7, 1984, attached hereto. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mounds View Planning <br />Commission direct staff to forward this resolution to the City <br />Council prior to approval of the minutes; <br />Adopted this 4th (lay of April, 1984. <br />ATTEST: <br />(SEAL) <br />Chairman <br />Director of Public Works/ <br />Community Development <br />
