MEMO TO: Clerk -Administrator and City Council <br />FROM: Director of Public Works/Community Development <br />DATE: April 12, 1984 <br />SUBJECT: GALE/YOST ADDITION <br />At the April 4, 1984 Planning Commission meeting, the Commission <br />added item a(8) which is a ten foot wide foot path easement, <br />item e, a variance for a 60 foot radius and 25 foot setback and <br />item f, removal of a shed and garage. The developer has agreed <br />to these items. <br />RECOMMENDATION: I recommend approval of this development as <br />in icate in the Planning Commission resolution. I also <br />recommend scheduling a public hearing at the next available time. <br />SWT/bc <br />
