STREETS - REARING REQUEST <br />I believe the subject project should have a public hearing to <br />inform the residents. This hearing, although not required by <br />state law, will make the county and state approval process <br />smoother. <br />RECOMMENDATION: I recommend that the attached proposed notice <br />of hearing on Public Improvement Project 84-3, "M.S.A. Streets <br />1984" be published in the New Brighton Bulletin for a minimum <br />of two weeks. A also recommend that the Council direct City <br />staff to mail a copy of the attached notice to all property <br />owners that are adjacent to the project. <br />SWT/jj <br />
