4 aA <br />Irk MEMO TO: Public Works/Community Developement Director, <br />City Administrator, and City Council <br />FROM: Building Inspector <br />DATE: April 12, 1984 <br />RE: FILL PERMIT REQUEST <br />Carew Properties, owner of the parcel Programmed Land Second <br />Addition, Lot 2, Block 1, have requested to recieve the City's <br />Street Sweepings. Attached is a copy of the permit request with <br />a partial plat copy of the lot where the fill is to be located <br />(the lot to the east of the motel site). The lot in question <br />does not exceed A acres so by the new standards of the Rice <br />Creek Watershed District a permit from them would not be <br />necessary, nor does it encroach on wetland or floodplain <br />designated areas. The location for placement of the fill is <br />advantageous for the City due to hauling cost. <br />RECOMMENDATION: Approve the fill permit with a security deposit <br />of 200 to assure the fill is grade properly and vegetation is <br />reestablished. <br />SAR/la <br />
