ORDINANCE NO. 359 y <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF ST. STEPHEN STREET <br />AND A DRAINAGE EASEMENT <br />The Council of the City of Mounds View does hereby ordain: <br />SECTION I. The following legally described street <br />right-of-way shall be vacated: <br />The 1,323.06 feet of the portion of St. Stephen <br />Street right-of-way lying north of Bronson Drive <br />and south of County Road I all in Section 8, <br />Township 30, Range 23 in the City of Mounds View, <br />Ramsey County. <br />SECTION II. The following legally described drainage easement <br />shall be vacated: <br />The south 12.5 feet of Lot 4 and the north 12.5 <br />feet of Lot 5, Block 1, Nordling Terrace (Document <br />No. 163496). <br />SECTION III. This ordinance shall take effect 30 days after the <br />date of its publication. <br />Read by the Council of the City of Mounds View on the 9th day <br />Of April , 1984. <br />Read and passed by the Council of the City of Mounds View this <br />day of , 1984.
