MEMO TO: Mayor and City Council <br />FROM: Clerk -Administrates <br />I <br />DATE: April 18, 1984 <br />SUBJECT:. 1984 LEAGUE OF MINNESOTA CITIES ANNUAL CONFERENCE <br />Attached to this memorandum please find information regarding the <br />1984 League of Minnesota Cities Annual Conference which will be <br />held on June 15th through 18th in the City of Duluth. As you may <br />recall, the City's 1984 Budget includes monies for the attendance <br />at this Conference by myself and one member of the City Council. <br />I have reviewed these budgets and determined that the amounts are <br />adequate even though registration fees have increased slightly <br />since the 1983 Conference. Therefore, I would request that Council <br />advise staff as to which 'member will attend this Conference in <br />order that registration and motel reservations might be made at <br />the earliest possible date. <br />DFP/pf <br />I/'� Attachment <br />
