The properties <br />are currently zoned B-31 Highway Commercial but public hearings <br />have been scheduled for June 11 and July 9 to rezone. the <br />property from B-3, Highway Commercial to R-3, Medium Density <br />Residential. In light of this application, does the Council <br />wish to proceed with the rezoning of these properties or do you <br />wish to table the rezoning to consider this request? <br />4 Please direct staff as to your direction in this matter. <br />SAR/bc <br />P.S.
