Letter from Holiday Station Stores, Inc. dated June 12, <br />1984. <br />2. Staff report dated June 20, 1984. <br />3. Site plan from Holiday dated September 24, 1984. <br />4. Howard Dahlgren Associates (Holiday's consultant) report <br />dated September 5, 1984. <br />5. Planning Commission Resolution No. 122-84 which failed and <br />Planning Commission Resolution No. 123-84 which passed. <br />6. Minutes of the Planning Commission meetings dated <br />September 5, 1984 and September 19, 1984. <br />7. Pages 69 through 74 of Chapter 40 of the City Code which <br />describes the conditional uses in a B-3 district. <br />8. Pages 102 through 106 of Chapter 40 of the City Code which <br />describes he issues of conditional use permits. <br />Holiday Station Stores, Inc. has requested City approval to <br />construct a gasoline/convenience store within the City of Mounds <br />View. The store is proposed to be located at the west <br />intersection of Trunk Highway 10 and Silver Lake Road. Proposed <br />construction includes the removal of the building known as <br />Northeast Marine and the duplex to the west of Northeast Marine. <br />The Comprehensive Land Use Plan denotes the area to be <br />developed/redeveloped as Medium Density Residential, The <br />existing zoning is B-3, Highway Business District. The <br />consruction of this gasoline/convenience store as requsted <br />requires approval of a minor subdivision (dividing two lots into <br />one), conditional use permit, and development approval. <br />n <br />
