Y <br />1984 LONG-TERM FINANCIAL PLAN <br />Page Ten ' <br />1985 <br />1. Groveland Park Tennis Courts - $25,000.00 This amount <br />Will be matched by the Groveland Park Foundation to <br />develop two lit tennis courts at Groveland Park. <br />2. City Hall Tot Lot - $7,500.00. This project will <br />redevelop the City Hall Park tot lot with new swings, <br />whirl, and replacement of two slide sections. <br />3. Silver View Park Tot Lot - $17,500.00. This would <br />provide for the development of a major play environment <br />at Silver View Park in 1985 as no playground equipment is <br />currently available in this park. <br />1986 <br />1. Greenfield Park Tennis Courts - $40,000.00. Tennis <br />courts are proposed to go in the southwest corner of <br />Greenfield Park and it is proposed that they not be lit <br />due to the close proximity of neighboring homes. <br />2. Hillview Park Tot Lot Construction - $10,000.00 This �~ ' <br />money would be used to update and renovate the Hillview <br />Park tot lot which will be 13 years old in 1986. <br />1987 <br />woodcrest Park - Relocation of Hockey Rink to Silver View <br />Park and Development of Small Neighborhood Ballfield. - Park <br />Planning Fund, $10,UU0.00. This is proposed as a supplement <br />to existing funds. <br />Turf Establishment All City Parks, $10,000.00. All City <br />parks to include top dressing, seed and fertilizer. <br />1988 <br />1. Oakwood Park Multi -Purpose Court - $18,400.00. A lit <br />multi -purpose court located on the northwest corner which <br />would include volleyball, basketball, four -square and <br />other hard -court sports activities. <br />2. Random Park Landscaping and Earth Berms - $24,600.00 <br />Random Park has a small tot lot development planned for <br />1984. The proposed dollars for landscaping and earth <br />berms would include walking paths and hardcourt surface <br />area to upgrade Random park. <br />3. Site Amenities - $6,000.00. These monies would be <br />allocated for trash receptacles, bike posts, benches, <br />park signs, bollards, etc, for each of the City parks. <br />
