MINNESOf 2401 HIGHWAY 10 MOUNOS VIEW, MINN. 65112 7643055 Enclosed please find a certified copy of Resolution No. 1784 adopted by the Mounds View City Council on August 27, 1984 requesting that Ramsey County consider the placement of 4-way stop signs at the intersection of Long Lake Road and Hillview Road. As a result of the analysis performed by the City, the City Council felt that placement of a 4-way stop at this inter- section would be reasonable and has requested that the Ramsey County Board of Commissioners determine whether or not such efforts would reduce the unsafe speed of traffic traveling along this section of roadway. If you find that is the case, the City's position would be reinforced and placement of stop signs at this intersection would be appropriate.
