October 23, 1984
Re
The City of Mounds View is currently in the process of soliciting
bid proposals for the painting of the Mounds View City Hall lower
level, entryways, and bathroom areas. The paint we are proposing
would be an epoxy paint which would be sprayed on 4" x 8" con-
crete blocks. In addition to the painting as outlined, we are
also exploring the feasibility of priming and texturing the ceil-
ing with an insulation material to better soundproof the lower
level.
Should your firm be interested in submitting a proposal to paint
the lower area, please Contact Bruce Anderson, Project Coordinat-
or, at 784-3055, ext. #41 to establish an appointment prior to
Friday, November 2, 1984 to review the site.
Bid proposals will be accepted until Friday, November 9, 1984;
the City Council will be award the final bid proposal at their
Monday, November 12 council meeting.
On behalf of the Mounds view City Council, I look forward to
hearing from you regarding this project during the coming week.
Sincerely,
Bruce K. Anderson, Director
Parks, Recreation and Forestry
BKA/sll
