W <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1863 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION OFFMOUN SO VIEWSANDBTEAMSTERSOR ELOCALNT T320N THE CITY <br />WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View has been negotiating <br />with Teamsters Local 320 for the settlement of the 1985 <br />Agreement; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View and Teamsters Local <br />320 have reached a settlement on the terms of the 1985 Labor <br />Agreement. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BF, IT RESOLVED that the aity provesncil <br />the <br />Of the City of Mounds View hereby ratifies and approves <br />settlement reached between the City of Mounds View and <br />Teamsters Local 320 which contains the following conditions: <br />1. The term of the Master Labor Agreement between <br />the City of Mounds View and 985eaters <br />hLocal 320 <br />shall run from January 1, <br />December 31, 1985. <br />2. The following wage schedule shallbe in effect <br />from the first payroll p the year of that <br />indicated through the last payroll period <br />year: <br />1985 - top patrol rate - $2,452/month <br />3 amend eadlasufollowsSection 17.1 has been <br />to a <br />mum <br />The EMPLOYER will contfiver dollarsibute p($155.00)lper of <br />one hundred employee <br />for. employee and dependent <br />month per employ <br />group healthterm disabilty <br />, life and long - <br />insurance for calendar year 1985. <br />
