Call to Order <br />by Mayor Linke at 7:30 PM on January 14, 1985. <br />The Pledge of Allegiance was said. 2. Pledge of <br />Allegiance <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Councilmembers Quick, Blanchard 3. Roil Call <br />and Hankner, and Mayor Linke. <br />ALSO PRESENT: Attorney Karney, Clerk/Administrator <br />au ey —an-&Tublic Works/Community Development <br />Director Thatcher. <br />Motion/Second: Blanchard/Hankner to approve the 4. Approval of <br />ecemD�Ier 7, 1984 minutes as presented. Minutes: <br />December 17, <br />4 ayes 0 nays 1984 and <br />January 2, 1985 <br />Motion Carried <br />Motion/Second: Hankner/Quick to approve the <br />Januar�, 1985 minutes as presented. <br />4 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br />Barb Haake, 3024 County Road I, asked the status 5. Residents Re - <br />of the City's lawsuit regarding the Anoka County quests and <br />Airport expansion, and what had occurred in the Comments from <br />executive session held earlier. - the Floor <br />Mayor Linke replied that the case is in litigation <br />and upon the advise of the City Attorney, they are <br />not making public their strategy for proceeding <br />with the lawsuit. <br />Motion/Second: Hankner/Blanchard to approve the 6. Approval of <br />consent agenda as presented. Consent Agenda <br />4 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br />
