1 <br />March 8, 1985 <br />Dear Resident/Property Owner: <br />As you know the Minnesota Department of Transportation and <br />the City of Spring Lake Park have been attempting to place <br />traffic control lights at the intersection <br />occurredaiantheew <br />0 not <br />Drive and Highway approval of the City of Mounds <br />past due to the Ethat the ect and up to this <br />View would be requiruir ed for such a pro ] of the <br />time the City Council has not seen fit to approve any <br />project designs for this proposal. <br />The City of Spring Lake Park has again requested the <br />approval of the City of Mounds View for the installation of <br />these lights and realignment of the common intersection on <br />Highway 10 of Pleasantview Drive and <br />Lakethe <br />Parkontprior to thege road going <br />northwest into the City of Spring <br />City Council taking any formal action with respect to this <br />eari <br />new proposal the City Council has scheduled m�PatlthehCityn9 <br />for the evening of March 25, 1985 at 7:40 p. <br />Council Chambers to receive public input from residents on <br />Pleasantview Drive, pleasant <br />view Court and 84th Avenue N.E. <br />At this hearing a representative of the Minnesota Department <br />of Transportation will present their most recent design for <br />this project in order that you might become fully informed <br />on this issue.
