March 11, 1985 <br />NOTICE <br />Dear Resident/Property Owner: <br />As you are aware the Minnesota Department of Transportation <br />has approached the cities of Mounds View and Spring Lake <br />Park in an attempt to realign and place traffic control <br />lights at the intersection of Pleasant View Drive and <br />Highway 10. Before undertaking this project the Minnesota <br />Department of Transportation would like to receive the <br />approval of both cities. The City of Spring Lake Park <br />forwarded its approval in the Spring of 1984, however, the <br />City of Mounds View has not taken any action on this item. <br />Before we lose the opportunity to do so the City Council has <br />scheduled a public hearing for the evening of March 25, 1985 <br />at 7:40 p.m. at the City Council Chambers to receive public <br />input from residents on Pleasant View Drive, Pleasant View <br />Court and 84th Avenue N.E. <br />At this hearing a representative of the Minnesota Department <br />of Transportation will present their most recent design for <br />this project in ordar that you might become fully informed <br />in regards to this issue.
