Reports o <br />Commission has been operating with five people, <br />CouncilmeL <br />which is a very small group, and due to their <br />size, they are having problems with planning the <br />1985 Festival in the Park. She explained that <br />due to lack of people to help, they were not planning <br />on having the church service this year, and due to <br />problems in not being able to get back information <br />from former commission members on past years <br />activities, they were not able to organize a <br />parade.
