Reports o Commission has been operating with five people, CouncilmeL which is a very small group, and due to their size, they are having problems with planning the 1985 Festival in the Park. She explained that due to lack of people to help, they were not planning on having the church service this year, and due to problems in not being able to get back information from former commission members on past years activities, they were not able to organize a parade. She requested that the City intervene and send a letter to the former Festivities Commission members, asking them to return the paperwork and information they have.
