Motion Carried 5 ayes 0 nays 17. Report of Attorney Meyers had no report. Attorney Councilmember Hankner had no report. 18. Reports of Councilmembers Councilmember Quick had no report. Councilmember Blanchard reported the Planning from the residents Commission had received input 20 regarding the Kunz Oil Co. and will on March be making a recommendation to the Council soon. Councilmember 11aake thanked everyone for their stated she would vote in the special election and do her best to represent their interests. She sponsored also reported she had attended the meeting Local Governments for by the Ramsey County League of officials, alongwithMayor Links, on newly h elected Marcfoi Mayor Linke reported he had attended a meeting with Met Council Clerk/Adrilinistrator Pauley with the the EAW and EIS programs and systems committee, on what had occurred. He reported the full reviewed Met Council will be considering the issue this that Clerk/Administrator be Thursday and asked given the authority to represent the Council at be done on that meeting and ask that further stud%, the issue.
