ORDINANCE NO. 387 <br />PAGE TWO OF TWO <br />d) 'rhe SWM charge shall he as follows: <br />Pro ert Zoned SWM Charge <br />R-1 S170 per lot <br />R-2 $830 per acre <br />R-3 S1,200 per acre <br />R-4, R-5, R-O, $1,650 per acre <br />B-1, B-2, B-3, <br />B-4 and I-1 <br />e) The SWM charge shall he zero whenever a buiding permit <br />is issued for the addition, alteration, or improvements <br />to an existing principal structure on land zoned R-2, <br />R-3, R-4, R-5, R-0, B-1, B-2, B-3, B-4 and I-1 if they <br />have paid an SWM charge after November 24, 1981. <br />Subdivision 2.
