Chapter 101.02, License Required, is <br />anended by adding the following, <br />(4) Temporary "on sale" licenses may <br />be issued pursuant to the provi- <br />sions of MunicL al Code Chapter <br />52.03 for the sale ofle of non—__ ln— toxin— t�sica- <br />ting malt liquor b- a club or <br />charitable, religious or non-profit <br />SECTION II.
