The current classifications are as <br />follows. <br />NAC - 1 liousehold units, medical and other health <br />services, and religious activities. <br />NAC - 2 Railroad and bus terminals and commercial <br />centers. <br />NAC - 3 Manufacturing activities, agricultural <br />activities and mining activities. <br />NAC - 4 Undeveloped and unused land. <br />The new classifications are designed to consolidate the four <br />land uses one eliminating the classification for unused and <br />undeveloped land as there are no receivers to protect and <br />providing more detailed definitions. The new classifica- <br />tions are as follows. <br />NAC - 1 Residential, educational, medical, dedicated, <br />nature areas, non -transient horoviding night-time <br />using <br />churches, medical fa <br />p <br />care, and nature pcilitie <br />NAC - 2 Commercial, entertainment and recreational, <br />office buildings, retail stores, services, <br />transient lodging, medical facilities not <br />providing night-time care, parks, and athletic <br />fields. <br />NAC - 3 Industrial, manufactured, utilities, transporta- <br />tion, and agricultural. <br />
