RESOLUTION NO. (draft) <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW , <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CLOSING OF THE <br />EQUIPMENT DEBT CERTIFICATE FUND AND THE TRANSFER OF ITS ASSETS <br />TO THE GENERAL FUND <br />WHEREAS, by Resolution dated October 5, 1981 the City of <br />Mounds View authorized the issuance and sale of $19,000 of <br />Equipment Debt Certificates to finance the purchase of public <br />safety equipment, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapters <br />412.301, and that the proceeds were applied to the total costs <br />of said equipment. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council that <br />it is hereby found and declared that all principal and <br />interest payments on said Certificates have been made from the <br />Equipment Debt Certificate Fund and a balance of <br />remains in the Fund. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council authorizes the <br />transfer of to the General Fund and further authorizes , <br />the closing of the Equipment Debt Certificate Fund. <br />Adopted this day of 1985. <br />ATTEST: <br />(SEAL) <br />-------------- <br />Mayor---------- <br />C1Ter k-Administrator <br />r <br />
