A,o le <br />ORDINANCE NO. 389 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />ORDINANCE AMENDING THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF MOUNDS VIEW BY <br />AMENDING CHAPTER 32 ENTITLED, "THE. PLANNING COMMISSION" <br />The Council of the City of Mounds View does hereby ordain: <br />SECTION I. Chapter 32.05 is amended by adding the following <br />and renumbering all other lines as necessary: <br />b: <br />Subdivision 3. Chapter 32.09 is amended to read as follows: <br />32.09 Vacancies. <br />Subdivision 1. Removal from Office. An appointed member of <br />the Commission may be removed from office for just cause and on <br />written charges by at least four/fifths vote of the entire City <br />Council, but such member shall be entitled to a public hearing <br />before such vote is taken. fin-add#t#enr-an-appointed-member-n+ep <br />lie-removed-fer-nen-atitendanee-at-P�anntne3-Eemmissten-meee4ngs-as- <br />prev3ded-fn-th-Bp�ews-adephed-bp-the-Planning-Eemm#ss4en: It <br />shall be the duty of the Chairman of the Commission to notify the <br />City Council promptly of any vacancies occurring in membership. <br />The Mayor, with approval of the City Council, shall fill such <br />vacancies, for the unexpired term of the original appointment. <br />In addition, an appointed member may be removed by the City <br />Council for nonattendance at Planning Commission Meetings as <br />rovi.ded in the Bylaws adopted by Planni <br />thereaularnmeetings sper year. <br />f a <br />SECTION III. This ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) <br />days after the date of its publication. <br />
