ARTICLE 7 <br />PAYMENT OF SALARIES AND INSURANCE <br />7.1) The entire cost of operation to thy Fire Department <br />of salaries, compensation, repairs and upkeep shall be borne <br />by said Fire Department and payment shall be made from the <br />consideration herein stated and the City shall be in no way <br />liable for any amount other than the payment of the amounts <br />herein set forth or any amounts negotiated under Article <br />5.6. <br />7.2) It is further agreed that the Fire Department shall <br />carry Public Liability Insurance and Workers Compensation on <br />its equipment and the operators of such equipment. All <br />insurance policies purchased by the Fire Department shall <br />include the City as an additional insured and shall contain <br />a_cancellation clause requiring thirty (30) days written <br />notice to be mailed to the City prior to such date of <br />cancellation. A certificate of insurance shall be provided <br />to the City indicating the types and amounts of insurance in <br />force. <br />ARTICLE 8 <br />DUTY OF CARE <br />8.1) The Fire Department shall not be liable in any way to <br />the City or any inhabitant or property owner thereof, or to <br />ARTICLE 9 <br />ENFORCEMENT <br />9.1) If any claim, proceeding or action is brought by the <br />City of the Fire Department to enforce the provisions of <br />
