The annual dues for each member municipality shall be based on <br />the schedule or schedules set out as appendices to this constitution, which <br />shall be adopted or amended in the same manner as c-Ner parts of this <br />constitution. If no new dues schedule is adopted for a given year, the dues <br />The total dues for each member as thus calculated shall be rounded to the <br />nearest dollar. (See attached proposed new dues schedule.) <br />4. Rules of procedure at meeting <br />(Conforming the Constitution to current practice.) <br />ARTICLE V MEETINGS <br />Section 2. ...........Action on legislative matters and on amending the <br />constitution shall conform to the voting requirements set forth in Articles VI <br />and VII respectively; The conference may adopt further rules governing its <br />proceedings. This constitution may be amended after the first day of the <br />annual meeting by a two-thirds vote of all municipalities voting, provided <br />that the proposed amendments shall have been prepared in writing on or before <br />the first day of the meeting and distributed to the delegates.
