RESOLUTION NO. 136-85 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE; OF MINNESOTA <br />RECOMMENDATION TO THE CITY COUNCEL REGARDING MOUNDS VIEW <br />PLANNING CASE; NO, 173-85, PATRICK TAYLOR REQUEST FOIL <br />A MINOR s'OHDIVISION AT 7614 KNOLLWOOD DRIVE <br />WHEREAS, Patrick Taylor has requested City approval for a <br />minor subidivison at 7619 Knollwood Drive; and <br />WHEREAS, this minor subdivision, as requested, requires <br />approval from the City; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the <br />Surveyor's Certificate; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has also reviewed this <br />proposal and it is in conformance with all chapters of the <br />Municipal Code„ specifically Chapters 40, 42, 49 and 49A and <br />State Statutes; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, HE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View <br />Planning Commission recommends approval of the minor subdivision <br />requust for 7619 Knollwood Drive; <br />HE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the Mounds View Planning <br />Commission direct staff to forward this resolution to the Council <br />prior to approval of the minutes. <br />ATTEST: <br />(SEAL) <br />Adopted this 5th day of June, 1985. <br />Chairman <br />Director of Public Works/ <br />Community Development <br />11 <br />
