RESOLUTION NO. 1898 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CLOSING OF THE <br />MUNICIPAL STATE AID BOND FUND AND THE TRANSFER OF ITS ASSETS <br />TO THE GENERAL FUND <br />WHEREAS, by Resolution dated December 11, 1967 the City <br />of Mounds View authorized the issuance and sale. of $140,001) <br />MunicipalState <br />Street <br />Minnesota Statutes,tChapter.sate Aid s162.118 <br />improvemeeme nts, pursuant <br />and 475, and that the proceeds of said sale were applied to <br />the total costs and expenses of said improvements; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council that <br />it is hereby found and declared that all principal and <br />interest payments on said Bonds have been made from the MSA <br />Bond Fund and a balance of $8,148.00 remains in the Fund. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council authorizes the <br />transfer <br />Fund and authorizes Olt! <br />ransfer of $8,148.00 to the Gen <br />closing of the MSA Bond Fund. <br />f <br />w <br />Adopted this loth day of June, 1985. <br />ATTEST: <br />(SEAL) <br />Mayor <br />Clerk -Administrator. <br />
