RESOLUTION NO. 1899 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORI%[NG THE CLOSING OF THE <br />EQUIPMENT DKHT CERTIFICATE FUND AND THE TRANSFER OF ITS ASSETS <br />TO THE GENERAL FUND <br />WHEREAS, by Resolution dated October 5, 1981 the City of <br />Mounds View authorized the issuance and sale of $19,0O11 of <br />Equipment Debt Certificates to finance the purchase of public <br />safety equipment, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapters <br />412.301, and that the proceeds were applied to the total cots <br />of said equipment. <br />NOW, THEREFORE HE IT RESOLVED by the Council that <br />it is hereby found and declared that all principal and <br />interest payments on said Certificates have been made from the <br />Equipment Debt Certificate Fund and a balance of $1,684.00 <br />remains in the Fund. <br />HE IT FARTHER RESOLVED that the Council authorizes thn <br />-� transfer. of $1,684.00 to the General Fund and further <br />authorizes the closing of the Equipment Debt Certificate Fund <br />Adopted this Loth day of June, 1985. <br />ATTEST: <br />(SEAL) <br />Mayor- <br />-- - ---------------- <br />Clerk-Arhni n istral or - <br />- <br />
