ORDINANCE NO. 394 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />Irl STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AN ORDINANCE AMEND[NG THE MUNICLPAL CODE OF MOIIFlDS VIIiW HY <br />AMENDING CHAPTER 63 ENTITLED, "FIRI•: CODE" <br />The Council of the City of Mounds View does hereby ordain: <br />SECTION I. Chapter 63.06 is hereby amended by adding <br />Subdivision 4 as follows: <br />Subdivision 4. Fire Inspector: <br />The City shall appoint a fire i_ns1ector to <br />handle routine inspections and fire pruventioc <br />code violations including, but not limited tr <br />routine inspections of the schools, commercia_1 <br />buildings, industrial bu"ldinc3s,nan� f, ultiPle <br />dwelling occupanci—- - -- <br />insue— cj hall be responsible for the <br />enforcement of these routine inspection <br />matters. All other matters currentl handled <br />r the Eire de artment come under the direction o <br />Fire Chief, shall remain the function of the <br />Fire Department. <br />SECTION II.
