Chapter 32.09 is amended to read as follows: 32.09 Vacancies. Subdivision 1. Removal from Office. The Mayor, with approval of the City Council, shall fill such vacancies, for the unexpired term of the original appointment. In addition, an appointed member may be removed by the City Council for nonattendance at Planning Commission Meetings as provided in the Bylaws adopted by the Planning Commission or if a Commission Member does not attend 20 regularly scheduled meetings per year. SECTION III. This ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days titter the date of its publication.
