Staff Memo Re <br />the Council of the questionaire he had completed ing Metropoli <br />for the Metropolitan Waste Control Commission Waste Control <br />user Community Survey. Survey <br />It was the consensus of the Council to have the <br />Clerk/Administrator send in the survey as he had <br />completed it. <br />Director Thatcher reported that the City is 14. Report of Public <br />required to submit their 5 year plan of proposed Works/Community <br />construction by priority, to the District State Development <br />Aid Engineer by August 15. He reviewed the Director <br />projects he is recommending. <br />Motion/Second: Hankner/Blanchard to approve the <br />five year construction program for the City of <br />0 <br />Mounds View as presented by Director Thatcher. <br />4 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br />Attorney Meyers reported he was reviewing the 15. Report of <br />agreement the City had received for the <br />community development block grant with the <br />Housing and Redevelopment Authority. He stated <br />he had some concerns with some of the language <br />and would be proposing changes. <br />Attorney Meyers advised the Council may be hearing <br />from a developer on the issue of park dedications <br />in the near future. He stated that it is a <br />negotiable item. <br />Attorney Meyers reported the respondent in the <br />Highway 10 Radiator Repair Shop has until the <br />end of the month to respond, and he will keep <br />the Council appraised of the progress and court <br />dates. <br />Councilmember Hankner had no report. 16.
