Mounds View City Council i'Lid, L July 22, 1985 <br />Regular Meeting Page Nine <br />---------------------------------------------- -------- <br />Councilmember Blanchard had no report. <br />Councilmember Haake asked that the Police Department <br />check into a semi that was parked on the south shore <br />of Spring Lake, on the water main. She stated she <br />had received complaints from neighbors, who observed <br />the man camping out there and building fires. <br />Mayor Linke reported he had received several <br />applications for the position open on the Park <br />Board, and he will be passing them on to the Chairman <br />of the Park and Rec Commission for their recommen- <br />dations. <br />Mayor Linke read a letter received from Jan Quick, <br />thanking several individuals for their help with <br />the Festival in the Park. <br />Clerk/Administrator Pauley stated that the employees <br />mentioned would receive a copy of the letter, as <br />well as have one put in their personnel file. <br />Clerk/Administrator Pauley reported he also had <br />concerns with the language in the community <br />development block grant program, which he was <br />working on. <br />Clerk/Administrator Pauley reviewed the informa- <br />tion he had received in checking out complaints of <br />a plane in the area on July 10. <br />Motion/Second: Hankner/Blanchard to adjourn the <br />meeting at 10:22 PM. <br />9 ayes 0 nays <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />Donald F.
