Planning Commission Resolution No. 137-85 <br />The Planning Commission recommends approval of this project per <br />Resolution No. 137-85. <br />City Code requires d hearing for the minor subdivision and the <br />conditional use permit. A courtesy mailing will also be made <br />property owners in the area. The hearing notice could be <br />published in the paper on August 14, 1985, with the hearing held <br />on August 26, 1985. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />I recommend scheduling a public hearing for the minor subdivision <br />and conditional use permit for August 26, 1985. <br />SWT/bac <br />
