MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING COMMISSION <br />RESOLUTION NO. 142-85 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RECOMMENDATION TO THE CITY COUNCIL REGARDING <br />MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING CASE NO. 178-85, MINOR <br />SUBDIVISION FOR 8101 LONG LAKE ROAD <br />WHEREAS, Donald Kelley, 8101 Long Lake Road, requested <br />City Approval for a minor subdivision on July 10, 1985; and <br />WHEREAS, Mr. Kelley has provided a Surveyor's Certificate; <br />I <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the staff <br />report and information submitted by the applicant; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed this <br />proposed minor subdivision and it is in conformance with all <br />Chapters of the Municipal Code, specifically Chapters 40, 42, 49 <br />and 49A and State Statutes; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View <br />Planning Commission recommends approval of the request by Donald ' <br />Kelley for a minor subdivision; <br />BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the Mounds View Planning <br />Commission direct staff to forward this resolution to the City <br />Council prior to approval of the minutes. <br />ATTEST: <br />(SEAL) <br />Adopted this 7th day of August, 1985. <br />Chairman <br />Director of Public Works/ <br />Community Development <br />11 <br />
