MEMO TO: planning Commission 10 y <br />FROM: Director of public Works/Community Developmey, <br />DATE: July 11, 1986 <br />SUUJECT: MINOR SUUUIVISIUN FOR UUNALU KELLEY (8101 LUNG LAKE ROAD) <br />Attached please find a Certificate of Survey for a minor <br />subdivision (1 jut into Y) fur the subject property. The existing <br />one-story frame house is dpproximdtely 16 feet from the south <br />property line. This short distance to the property line was <br />probably caused by the wide right-of-way for Sherwood Road. The <br />Sherwood Road right-of-way is SU feet. Normally road <br />right-of-way is 6U or 66 feet. <br />The lot is not in a wetland zoning district or a flood plain zoning <br />district. <br />RECOMMENDATION: I recommend approval of this minor subdivision.
